Solution Architect & Software Developer

As a Solution Architect and Software Developer for ParknFly.ca, I played a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing the platform to ensure a seamless, high-performance user experience. My focus was on frontend and backend development, process automation, and WordPress integration, utilizing modern technologies while working within a server-hosted Ubuntu environment—without direct access to the infrastructure.  

Solution Architecture Responsibilities

Application & Development Workflow
  • Designed and implemented scalable solutions using .NET, optimizing performance and system reliability.
  • Managed Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate development and deployment workflows.
  • Worked within an Ubuntu-hosted server environment, ensuring compatibility and efficient deployment despite lacking direct access to server configurations.
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Leveraged JIRA for agile task management, sprint planning, and issue tracking, ensuring efficient development cycles.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements were translated into scalable technical solutions.
  Software Development Responsibilities Frontend & Backend Development
  • Developed and integrated Vue.js-based components, enhancing user interface interactivity and responsiveness.
  • Created and optimized custom WordPress plugins, improving platform functionality and data integration.
  • Designed and implemented WordPress themes using modern development techniques, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing user experience.
Automation & System Integration
  • Built backend services in .NET, enabling seamless data processing and system interactions.
  • Developed API-driven solutions to interact with third-party services, despite limited direct server access.
  • Utilized CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment and version management, ensuring rapid feature releases.
